What to do? What to do? Multi-dish or single dish? For a first time cooking entry, I probably should do a single dish. Something that travels well and it tasty at room temperature would probably be the wisest choice.
I would solicit suggestions from my readers, but I have none.

Items that can be served cold or room temperature are certainly easier! If you need to serve it hot you run the risk of the event site not having cooking space for you or for the judges to be late and not get it served hot to them… it just adds complexity.
Dessert items are always crowd pleasers
I think it’d be awesome if someone entered sausages, but that’s just me. Mmmm…. meat.
Maybe next year on sausages.
